It’s the Pacific Crest that I most want to hike, and I have to agree with you about REI’s awesomeness.
I’d love to have the time to do any of these! Hoping once my kids get older, I can take them out and section hike the Long Trail and AT, due to their relative proximity to me in New England. Fingers crossed!
