Since we’re on the brink of summer here in New England, I thought I would share a timely infographic, courtesy of the Folks That Keep My Backyard Bite Free In the Summer – Mosquito Magnet. Hope you can stay away from these SUCKERS as much as possible while they’re on a spree! (see that? see the pun there? get it? because they are blood SUCKERS? get it? huh? yeah you did. <britishBloggingVoice> Good job ol’ chap! Cheerio! </britishBloggingVoice>)
I recently wrote a post relating to mosquitos and other annoyances experienced during camping. This is great I wish I had seen it sooner! 🙂
Thanks for the comment and I am glad that you liked it! I also checked out your blog, you’ve got some good stuff there, keep up the good work!
They have to be the most annoying thing to exist on the planet! I swear they LOVE me!
I agree, they love me too. On the trail last weekend, I missed a spot with the bug spray above my elbows on both arms (had a rolled-up cuff long-sleeved camp shirt on when I first applied)… the little buggers found it on both arms, and attacked with a fury.
Great post!
Great post! I may have to stop using dr bronners peppermint soap. haha
This is a very informative post – something I need to pay attention to, as I want to hike in Scotland soon which has their own version of the Mossie – the Midge! Hopefully these tips will work 🙂
